We are now seeking for Administrative Assistant/ Clerk
Provide secretarial and clerical service to the team
Perform the office administration duties such as maintaining office supplies/ facilities/ equipment, office space planning, mailing, and courier services
Coordinate with internal departments and liaise with external parties
F.5 or above with a minimum of 3 years experience
Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, English, and Chinese word processing
