They are now looking for C&B Specialist meet the growth of our business in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for an C&B SPECIALIST- UP TO 35K
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting the Head of Performance and Rewards in coordinating and administering a variety of programs and activities related to performance and rewards
- focused on employee compensation and benefits policy-making
- Compile regular HR related statistics and reports, C&B data comparison for management review and audit purpose
- Mediate between benefits providers and employees: assisting in handling employees' benefits-related questions regarding ORSO, MPF and different insurance schemes and taking suggestions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education in Human Resource, Business Admin or related disciplines
- 3 years working experience or above
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and law
- Proficient in MS, PowerPoint and Excel's VLOOKUP and Pivot table
- Experience in Payroll Service and IPL system
