Job description
- Responsible for Rewards strategies, policies and practices globally aiming to enhance company's competitive edge in talent acquisition and retention
- Monitor, align and optimize company salary structures and benefits programs to improve staff engagement and maintain their on-going competitiveness
- Lead the Rewards team to deliver best-in-class services to the business; coach and develop Rewards team members in Hong Kong and provide functional advices to People and Culture team in production sites (Asia) and sales representative offices (Europe & US)
- Support business merger and acquisition projects for all due diligence processes
- Oversees the new HRIS project (BIPO) implementation
- Fully in charge of annual performance management, salary and bonus review and staff related insurance plans
- Manage employee life cycle events including employee relations, internal transfer, relocation and off boarding processes
