Job description

Our client is a reputable ODM with over 30,00 employees worldwide. To cater their expansion within the Region, currently there's an exciting opportunity to join as Head of Rewards.

We are now seeking for a HEAD OF REWARDS


  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and effective strategies related to talent acquisition, HR budget, compensation & benefits as well as performance management to support the delivery of the Group's strategy.
  • Based on the actual conditions of the market, peers and the Group, make recommendations on annual salary review, short-term and long -term inventive plans, and monitor their implementation
  • Lead the Rewards team to deliver best-in-class services to the business. Coach and develop Rewards team members in Hong Kong and provide functional advices to People and Culture team in production sites and sales representative offices
  • Fully in charge of annual performance management, salary and bonus review and staff related insurance plans
  • Support business M&A projects with due diligence processes
  • Oversees the new HRIS project (BIPO) implementation


  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources or other related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years or above relevant experience in HR and C&B
  • Well versed in Asia's labour ordinances and employment practices
  • Success track record in people management with empathic and team work spirit
  • Strong analytical capabilities, high problem-solving ability and attention to details
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
