Our client is an uprising European retailer known for both online and offline retail channels across APAC. To cope with their current demand, they are looking for an experienced marketing calibre to lead their marketing strategy.
We are now seeking HEAD/SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER - PREMIUM BRANDS
- Formulate integrated marketing strategy across PR, event, CRM, digital and social media platforms targeting Hong Kong market.
- Lead a team of 5 and work closely internally across business development, ecommerce, operation and retail team to strategise branding direction and campaign promotions to achieve business goals.
- Manage and allocate marketing budget to maximise ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Set measurements and metrics to evaluate strategy and tactic success.
- Maintain strong relationship with external partners including media and influencers.
- Degree holder with more than 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years in managerial level in retail industry.
- Well-versed in digital marketing and social media engagement plus integrated marketing background.
- Candidate with both in-house and agency background is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese, spoken and written.
