Job description

A renowned Corporation is seeking for a HR Manager to join their regional head office in Hong Kong.

We are now seeking for a HR Manager (Regional Office)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct report to the HR director
  • Lead a small team and manage all-round HR activities to meet the diverse business needs
  • Develop and implement effective manpower & budget planning, talent acquisition procedures, staff retention, succession planning and incentive schemes
  • Provide professional advice to regional offices to maintain business operation efficiency
  • Act as an account manager for dedicated department and handle staff related enquiries
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment if required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
  • 6-10 years of all-round HR experience, ideally from sizable MNC companies
  • Possess can-do attitude, do it right first time, proactive and independent
  • Strong analytical and presentation skill
  • A self-starter who is people oriented and able to perform well in a fast-paced environmen
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
