My client is MNC.
They are now looking for HR Specialist meet the growth of our business in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for an HR SPECIALIST- 26K X 13 MONTHS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preferm general HR duties
Responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits
Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Recruit, screen, interview, and place workers
Handle staff grievance and provide consultative advises on HR issues & proposing new initiatives
Perform annual tasks, such as salary review & promotion, performance review, bonus arrangement, taxation
QUALIFICATIONS
Education in Human Resource, Business Admin or related disciplines
3 years working experience or above
Experience in HRBP
Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and law
Proficient in MS, PowerPoint and Excel's VLOOKUP and Pivot table
Experience in Payroll Service and IPL system
