Due to rapid business expansion in Asia, our client, a global skincare company, is looking for a Marketing Executive (Regional) to join their APAC marketing team.
We are now seeking for Marketing Executive (Regional)
Assist with regional marketing operations
Assist the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager in identifying market opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and consumer research.
Conduct post-launch analysis (both quantitative and qualitative) and transform insights and learning into strategies/actions
Keep track of market forecasts for extensive programs to ensure they are in line with business aims.
Collaborate closely with the demand and supply planning teams to ensure smooth logistics and product supply for markets
Create product strategies that effectively drive trial and repeat business with various merchants and customers
Promote ongoing improvement and transformation of work processes to increase the effectiveness
Improve consumer engagement and experience through promotions
Create a regional brand strategy, a schedule, and programs and resources to help markets achieve in SMC
Degree in Marketing or any related discipline
Minimum of 4 years working experience, with 3 years of product marketing experience in skincare or FMCG is highly preferred.
Regional marketing experience is preferred.
Be analytical and sensitive to the number
Detail-oriented and attention to details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and good command of Mandarin
