Job description

They are now looking for sales support officer/ Admin meet the growth of our business in Hong Kong.

We are now seeking for an OFFICE ADMIN

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the correspondence between the team and their clients
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Providing data and reports to help the team
  • provide administrative support
  • research potential customers and sales strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • From 5 or Asscoiate degree or above in business management/ marketing related field
  • Certificate in bookkeeping is preferred
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in related industry
  • Experinece in bookkeeping/accounting(MYOB)/order placing/stock keeping
  • Excellent skills in Excel spreadsheets and workbooks
