Job description

Our Client is a US multinational company with revenue over US$2.5 billion. To cope with their expansion, currently they are seeking an OFFICE MANAGER to join their team.

We are now seeking for an OFFICE MANAGER


  • Leading a team of 2 subordinates
  • Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director
  • Support on Director's calendar management, travel arrangement and office management
  • Provide full range of administrative support including renovation (if needed), procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance
  • Development support and to ensure compliance of Environmental, Health & Safety regulations
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks given by the Managing Director


  • Bachelor degree of HR or Business Administration related
  • At least 6-7 years working experience in a sizeable company
  • Solid experience in time management and organization skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
