A renowned Corporation is seeking for a Payroll Assistant to join their finance team in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for a Payroll Assistant (up to 22K)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or any related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in performing payroll functions
- Strong command of English & Chinese, both in writing and speaking
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated & discipline, good communication and analytical skills
- Immediately available or short notice is preferred
