Job description

We are now seeking for a SENIOR MANAGER, KEY ACCOUNT (SPORTSWEAR)

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Support the objective of driving profitable, sustainable market share and net sales growth within all Key Accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to company standards and qualitative objectives
  • Lead and drive the strategy of the Key Accounts portfolio. Lead all commercial initiatives and the discipline of strategic account planning driving joint commercial success with all key accounts - Trade Terms, Account Classification and allocation of resources, Customer Info Decks, Customer Business Plans, and seasonal Customer GTM plans
  • Drive annual selling and activity schedule (GTM Process) for all Key Accounts - Strategy and business review meetings, range review and selling meetings etc. Support and lead the key account team in customer segmentation and assortment planning in accordance to seasonal initiatives and brand investments
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between marketing, merchandizing and retail to ensure customer demand is being met and seasonal initiatives are delivered according to expectations
  • Recruit and build the key account sales organization with respect to Hong Kong blueprint. To develop, train and lead all direct reports through clear target setting, objectives guidelines and sales disciplines
  • Forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance i.e. market share and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in business, sales, retail and marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Sales / Retail / Marketing
  • Minimum 4 years' supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in Sports, FMCG, Consulting is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English & Chinese
  • Result orientated, analytic mindset, strategic acumen and business focus
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Candidate with less experience will consider as Manager, Key Account
