Source and develop new products and vendors for OEM and ODM projects
Communication with stakeholders to avoid miscommunication
Develop strong supplier base on Global sourcing strategy & direction
Fullfil sourcing process from supplier identification, evaluation/qualification, negotiation & engagement through all processes
Share market trend information and proactively identify product opportunities
Have communication & influence skills
All-round sourcing activities including but not limited to price negotiation, project co-ordination and delivery, buying trips and work/develop category in a strategic way. Provide possible solutions to mitigate any cost price increase.
Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to create / review product briefs and initial product schedules / agendas; ensure project schedules / agendas are always effectively and efficiently communicated
