Job Description
We are now working with an international life insurance looking to expand the business in Hong Kong, they are now looking to add an Account Management and Servicing within the Group Medical, Employee Benefits and Group Health
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong relationships with clients including broker, agencies and corporate clients
- Deliver first class customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Assist clients in enquires of products and new products, assist in cross selling
- Support sales teams in retention of business and leads
- Support internal functions for smoother processing of group insurance
- Support and develop strategic solutions of enhancements to the business
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree with minimum of 4 years in a life insurance account management
- Strong knowledge in life insurance, group insurance and group health
- Analytical mindset, committed to providing the best service and beyond
- Good & clear communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Team player, leadership and mentoring personality
- Able to handle difficult situations with ease and calm
