Job Description
We are now working with a wholly-owned subsidiary of a reinsurance company and publicly listed in the Stock Exchange, they provide reinsurance brokering to international insurance firms across Asia.
We are now seeking for
ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - GENERAL INSURANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly reports and financial analysis for regulated entities
- Assist in routine payments and bank transactions
- Provide support for general accounting duties, like bank reconciliation
- Execute settlement of the Company's financial obligations to vendors
- Assist in month end closing and prepare financial reports,
- Provide administrative support to both administration and finance team
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/BA in accounting, insurance or relevant field is preferred
- At least 1 years working experiences in a (Re) insurance or brokerage firm
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Korean will be a plus
- Immediate available is preferred
