Our client is a fast-growing financial company. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for an ADMIN OFFICER & RECEPTIONIST (FINANCIAL COMPANY, 16-18K)
- Provide daily administrative support including data entry, filing, documents preparation, maintenance of office equipment, ordering of stationery and supplies
- Responsible for handling receptionist duties including handling incoming calls, general enquiries, greeting guests, courier arrangements
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
- Bachelor's Degree holder or above
- Two to four years of solid working experience in office administration
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail minded with a positive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
