We are now seeking for an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
- Responsible for office operations, including data entry, scanning and documents filing
- General reception duties including answer incoming calls and greeting all visitors
- Provide all administrative support to internal staffs
- Coordinate with vendors and external parties
- Manage the office neat and tidy in a corporate manner
- Occasional outdoor office assistance as assigned by team head
- Assist in ad hoc general administrative duties
- Form 6 or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- With basic computer knowledge. Good command on MS word would be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, open mind and a willing to learn
- 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Working location: Sheung Wan
