Our client, an apparel manufacturer, is currently looking for an administrator to join their mechanical engineer team in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Perform data entry, handle general administrative work and filing duties
- Assist in administrative activities and general operations
- Daily use of Excel
- 1 to 2 years of relevant administration experience
- Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, vlookup)
- Correct punctuations, spelling, and grammatical usage
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
