Our client is a well established courier and they are expanding their business in APAC region. They are seeking for an APAC manager to improve their operation systems, productivity and utilises resource in APAC.
We are now seeking for an
APAC MANAGER - ENGINEERING & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to develop & implement operational standardisation initiatives (such as the best practices and regulatory compliance) to support and ensure continued global expansion & operation excellence
- Provide internal training for colleagues in order to achieve functional objectives
- Analyse & implement KPI matrix to maximize productivity of the organisation.
- Take lead with the APAC projects. Coordinate with internal parties to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Develop long term strategy to increase customer satisfaction in long term
- Responsible to develop quality and process improvement programs with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering/ business / process engineering or other equivalent
- 8+ years of quality and process improvement experience, business intelligence, business analysis or related field.
- Significant experience in process improvement, goal setting, evaluation and measurement engineering techniques.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and local language.
