Our client is an European Luxury Retail Brand with regional office in Asia. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER.
- Responsible for full spectrum of all round HR functions across the Asia Pacific region
- Hands on end to end recruitment process for both back office and front line vacancies
- Liaise closely with hiring managers to drive manpower planning and performance management
- Review and develop HR policy and procedures to ensure they are in line with local labor regulations
- Participate in any HR projects as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant HR recruitment experience, preferred candidates with in house and recruitment agency experience
- Regional experience will be a plus, such as Macau and Australia
- Hands on, flexible, detail minded, and able to work in a fast paced environment independently
- Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
