Our client is one of the leading financial services firms. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER (RECRUITMENT & STAFF RELATIONS)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as HR Business Partner to the assigned business units
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment and selection, manpower planning, employee relations and internal communications
- Assist in end to end recruitment process, create and development innovative channels and sourcing strategy
- Assist in staff relations, staff performance issues, staff cases handling
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least six years of solid working experiences in Human Resources preferably from financial services companies
- Strong communication skills, energetic with a positive attitude
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
