Our client is a globally renowned MNC in food production industry.
We are looking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER - REWARDS to join their global HR team.
- Support various global C&B projects such as annual salary review, bonus project, market benchmarking and incentive scheme review
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties on various types of projects and assignments
- Assist in C&B policies review and establish administration procedures for local adoption
- Participate in global HR initiatives and projects as assigned
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of practical C&B experience with track records in implementing C&B projects; HR consulting field/ global exposure would be an advantage
- Detail oriented; strong analytical skills with high degree of accuracy
- Proactive, self-starter, fast-paced with high level of persistence and responsibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
