Job Description
Our client is an European wholesale distributor with offices in APAC. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER/HR MANAGER (UP TO $40K).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment & selection, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development
- Deliver training for corporate office and identify training needs
- Drive annual exercises such as salary review, insurance and MPF renewal
- Provide HR advisory to internal staff and handle all staff issues related to their employment contract
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS system
- Communicate with China office and assist them on any HR related issues
- Revamp and implement HR policy and procedures
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably experience in working in buying offices, wholesale distributors
- Fast paced, hands on, independent and self-motivated attitude working in a friendly environment
- Good knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance, knowledge in China Labour law will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
