Our client is a market leading FMCG retailing Group. The Group operates supermarkets, health and beauty stores, convenience stores, home furnishings stores and restaurants.
We are looking for an ASSISTANT MANAGER - HR SYSTEM & ANALYTICS to join their Hong Kong HR team.
- Manage system enhancement and development of small-scaled HR projects independently
- Assist in managing the development and implementation cycle of Human Resources Information System
- Make contribution to various system enhancement/ development initiatives from both technical and user perspectives
- Develop effective tools for HR analytics and management reporting
- Provide guidance and coaching to related team members on on-going system
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, with experienced in launching and implementing sizeable HR ERP applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
- Strong project management skills with strong analytical mindset and problem-skills skills
- Excellent priority skills and able to work independently
- Proficient in English and Chinese
