Job Description

We are now seeking for a RECEPTIONIST & ADMIN ASSISTANT (UP TO 16K)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for handling daily receptionist duties including handling incoming calls and emails, general enquiries, greeting guests, etc
  • Provide administrative support including arrangement of courier services, maintenance of office equipment, ordering of stationery and supplies, data input, etc
  • Assist in organizing event
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or above
  • One to four years of working experience in office reception and administration
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail minded with a positive attitude
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Immediate available is preferred
