Job Description

Our client is a well-known property developer with strong portfolio in Greater China region. With new projects coming up, they are looking for a Business Analyst focusing on China market to join the team.

We are now seeking for a BUSINESS ANALYST, CHINA MARKET RESEARCH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse business data gathered across departments and teams and provide proposal to assist Business Planning Managers for better market understanding including competitions, brands and current business performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance market and business intelligence databases.
  • Consolidate information gathered from internal and external parties and channel to relevant users.
  • Conduct regular reports daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects when required and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate research and business planning strategy planning for China market.
  • Highly organised and detail-minded with strong ability in multi-tasking and working under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in model conduction and statistical tools would be an advantage.
  • Excellent business mindset and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) both spoken and written.
