Our client is a claims group.
We are now seeking for a CLAIMS ADJUSTER/ ASSISTANT.
- Perform initial claims including setting up new claim files
- Prepare and process correspondence of new claims and to follow up in a timely manner
- Provide advice to clients throughout the claim process
- Manage assessment of claims effectively
- Handle calls and inquiries from different parties
- Work closely with team members to resolve problems
- Tertiary education or above
- Min 1 year relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with high sense of responsibility
- Good organization skills to manage a varied workload
- Strong team player and able to work independently
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will be considered as Claims Assistant
