Our client is an international insurance firm based in Hong Kong, they are now expanding the account management team due to stronger business retention and business growth.
We are now seeking for a CLIENT MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Negotiate and complete the renewal of each assigned client
- Establishing stable partnership with key channels and exploring new business
- Develop relationships with the client with strategic objectives to grow the business
- Support sales team with new business opportunities
- Support internal functions to deliver results and to achieve customer satisfaction
- Develop and make recommendations on improvements on service delivery
- University graduate with 5 years in an insurance environment
- Strong relationship management experience
- Knowledge in life and group insurance
- Ability to communicate in complex cases and devise a solution
- Excellent analytical skills, negotiation, influencing and persuasive skills
- Used to meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel
