Our Client, A Largest Local Supermarket, is look for a COMMERICAL MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand customers' needs and formulate the corresponding range, space, buying and pricing strategies for the designated categories to maximize customers' satisfaction and thus category performance
- Drive change, spur new initiatives and follow through the implementation of the business plans with key stakeholders
- Leverage market data, analysis and category insights to identify business opportunities and enable a sustainable growth of the Company
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers and employ negotiation tactics to optimize terms
- Initiate projects to improve merchandising processes and ensure the team to work effectively and transparently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in business, purchasing or related discipline
- 12 years of solid experience in retail & FMCG industry
- A self-motivated person with the ability to think strategically with a high level of category and customer focus
- Strong planning and analytical skills with an openness to change
- A good team player with strong leadership and influencing skills
