Our client is a Chinese-based financial institution.
We are looking for a COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER to join their Human Resources team.
- Monitor overall C&B operations
- Review and streamline overseas HR procedures
- Participate in C&B benchmarking projects and annual exercise
- Prepare reports for management review and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Statistics or related disciplines
- At least 8 years' solid C&B experience in financial institution industry preferably from foreign investment banks
- Numerical sensitive and attention to details
- Result oriented and capable of working independently and under pressure with high level of responsibility
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
