We are now seeking for a Customer Experience Manager
- Work closely with different departments for improve the efficiency of working procedure.
- Plan and implement new strategy & policy for better customer service and business growth.
- Set up regular meeting with stakeholders and senior management for project implementation.
- Collect and analyze customer behavior and market trends to provide quality insights for service enhancement and identify business opportunity to drive business growth
- Bachelor Degree in hospitality/marketing or related disciplines
- Over 5 year's relevant experience in customer engagement, healthcare service industry.
- Strong communication and resolution skill to manage complex project with management and stakeholders.
- Good commands in spoken and written in English and Chinese.
