Job Description
Our client is a luxury retail company. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for an admin support calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (5 DAYS WORK).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming phone calls for the company hotline and answer customers' inquiries
- Follow up repair order and customers' complaints in a professional manner
- Understand customers' needs and schedule inspection appointments with when necessary
- Communicate with internal employees including retail operations and after-sales team for customers' inquiries
- Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service experience, prefer retail industry experience
- Great interpersonal skills, customer service oriented and flexible
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
- 5 days of work during the week covering 2 time slots: 1. 9:20am-6:20pm or 10:30am-7:30pm
- Immediate available candidates preferred
