My Client is now looking for CS Manager meet the growth of our business in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for a Customer Service Manager
- Responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times
- Monitors the personnel of operation to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
- Handling guests' requests, complaints and accidents in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner with proper follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Representing the management and act on behalf especially in guest experience
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree above in Business Administration/Hotel Management/Psychology/Real estates related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related industry
- Experience with new residential development is a must
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant CS Manager
