Job Description

Our Client, A Leading FMCG Retailer, is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a hotline team of 10 and coordinate offshore centres in daily operation to make sure accurate ordering & completion of customer request cases that meet KPIs & financial objectives
  • Handle roster schedule & agent productivity to ensure adequate manpower for daily operations
  • Closely monitor contact centre system performance and enhance operation efficiency with system & process adjustments; perform user acceptance tests for installation upgrades, system audits & coordinate business continuity plans & executions
  • Maintain abreast of professional and technical information by tracking emerging trends in contact centre technologies and state-of-the-art practices with active participation in the deployment of various platforms CRM, chat & integration of computer system
  • Assist Head in the formulation & update of customer service guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder with 5 years in managerial role of call centre function
  • Solid background in customer acquisition, re-engagement & retention
  • Energetic, well-organized, self-motivated, analytical mind & result oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
