Job Description

Our client is one of the largest hotel groups in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join them.

We are now seeking for a CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER (Hotel, UP TO 19K).


  • Responsible for greeting guests and delivering high quality and professional service to clients or VIP customers
  • Identify customers' needs accurately and resolve effectively
  • Provide general administrative and receptionist support
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required


  • Diploma or above
  • Two to four years of working experience in customer services or receptionist field
  • Pleasant, enthusiastic, customer-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
