Our client is one of the largest hotel groups in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER (Hotel, UP TO 19K).
- Responsible for greeting guests and delivering high quality and professional service to clients or VIP customers
- Identify customers' needs accurately and resolve effectively
- Provide general administrative and receptionist support
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
- Diploma or above
- Two to four years of working experience in customer services or receptionist field
- Pleasant, enthusiastic, customer-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
