Job Description
Our client, one of the largest luxury retail group in Asia is looking for social media analyst to generate customer insights from report and data.
We are now seeking a DATA ANALYST (GOOGLE ANALYTICS)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the development and implementation of a customer analytics project, not limited to mobile analytics and omni-channel analytics
- Assist in writing reports and analyzing data, use digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Insights)
- Review social media accounts and brand consistency
- Assist in business planning, campaign performance and KPIs tracking
- Assist in operation report automation
- Work with solution analyst to ensure where possible to have data elements across all channels
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of data analysis experience in social media, mobile and website
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Strong Knowledge on Google Analytics, Google AdWords and SQL
- Passion in developing a career in eCommerce/retail/fashion industry
- Self-starter, proactive, fast-learner and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a good team player
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin Chinese would be a plus
