This role is from one of our clients which is one of the world's largest enterprise IT solutions company.
We are now seeking for a DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals
- Drive demand generation plans with strategies on how to build the sales strategies and pipeline development
- Manage a team and coordinate with internal sales, marketing and presales team
- Act as a trusted advisor and present strategy plans to c-level executives and senior sales leaders
- Develop a deep understanding of customers and know which end users to pitch to
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external customers and partners
- Plan events and campaigns to target specific targeted client segments to increase sales opportunity on company's different products and solutions
- Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts and programs, leveraging insights to optimize across channels and initiate new tactics and campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales operation or demand generation in IT software or solutions company
- Able to act as an advisor to provide strategy in creating demand generation plans
- Proven lead generation, engagement, and optimization experience
- Have strong financial & business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with both internal team members and external agency partners
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Chinese
