Our client is a reputable hotel group with presence across the globe. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a DIRETOR OF LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- To oversee the Learning and Development function for APAC and work closely with the business to define the framework according to the business objectives
- To identify, formulate, execute and evaluate the Learning and Development programs
- To ensure effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results
- To embrace the organization's vision and mission into a clear learning and development agenda
- To address employee and organizational development needs
- To participate in the development of the training budget
- Bachelor's degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years solid training and talent management experience, preferably in hotel industry or sizeable multinationals
- Significant presence in China market is desirable
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good language ability in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is compulsory)
