Job Description
We are now working with a leading life insurance company that are specialist in life and group insurance. They are seeking an ACCOUNTING FINANCE MANAGER
Due to expanding markets and growth they are now hiring for a Finance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and coordinate the implementation of the financial systems
- Implement IFRS, projects planning, UAT work flow and documentation
- Preparing month end closing, consolidation accounts, reconciliations and various management reports
- Manage reporting schedule to ensure the timely delivery
- Monitor internal findings to assess impact on financial reporting risk
- Handling some ad hoc projects and system implementation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Finance, Actuary, Accounting or Information Technology
- Professional Qualification HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA or a professional account body
- 7 years accounting experience preferably within life insurance
- Good understanding in General Ledger systems, Excel Macros/VBA and MS Access
- Strong team player, self-motivated, open minded, able to manage projects
- Good communication skills, able to work with internal teams and leaders
