Job Description

Our client is a renowned corporation with diversified business arms in real estate industry and global footprints. Due to their expanding operations, they are inviting capable property development professional to lead the global business division.

We are now seeking for General Manager.


  • Lead the team of professional to drive business expansion and execution for property development strategies
  • Review and advise on the budgets and resources plan
  • Identify the potential business opportunities and land acquisition plan globally
  • Present market research and feasibility studies to senior management
  • Initiate and create the marketing plan to drive the business growth
  • Manage operational teams and ensure each division focus on the business goals
  • Offer professional advices to senior management for asset management
  • Preparation of reports and analysis of new business achievements, opportunities and targets


  • Proven experiences as Senior Executive position with competence in in real estate business with at least 15 years field related experiences
  • Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing or related discipline
  • Proficiency in languages and strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills, and decision taking ability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to drive the team performance and attain optimal result
  • High level of integrity is required
