Our client is a reputable F&B group.
We are now seeking for a HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the HR & Admin team to provide full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, office procurement and administration as well as license & insurance renewal and application
- Implement and review HR & Admin policies and procedures
- Manage HR & Admin budgeting and forecasting
- Provide HR & Admin reports for management review
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR & Admin experience with 5 years in middle-managerial grade in F&B/ catering industry
- Experienced in overseeing Macau and PRC is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills and people skills
- Fast-paced with strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
