Our client is an estate investment group with strong project pipelines. Deep-rooted in Hong Kong, an opportunity has arisen for HR & Admin Officer to join their team.
We are now seeking for HR & Admin Officer
- Perform full spectrum of administrative and clerical support such as office equipment procurement and schedule and set up the meeting, facilities maintenance, etc
- Organize company's activities and staff events
- Manages the recruitment process from end to end
- Assist in the staff on-boarding and off-boarding
- Prepare HR related reports
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in MNC
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are essential
- Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Able to work independent
