Our client is an international professional services firm in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a HR ASSISTANT.
- Communicate with internal and external vendors/parties for recruitment activities
- Arrange phone, face to face, virtual interviews for recruiters and hiring members
- Source and identify different effective recruitment channels within the market
- Handle job postings, review package, prepare on boarding items and offer letters
- Consolidate and prepare monthly management reports based on recruitment activities
- Update and keep track of candidate's application profile internally
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant recruitment experience, fresh graduates are welcome
- Cheerful, detail minded, fast paced, positive, and willing to learn attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
