Our client is a recognized public corporation with strong project pipelines. Deep-rooted in Hong Kong, an opportunity has arisen for HR Assistant (3 months, temp to perm) to join their team.
We are now seeking for HR Assistant (3 months, temp to perm)
- To provide administrative support on human resources functions, for example: maintain staff records, handle related documentation, etc
- Conduct recruitment process from posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and providing onboarding and orientation
- Coordinate HR-related activities and staff events with external and internal parties
- Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Associate Degree or above in Human Resources & Administration or relevant disciplines
- 1 years' relevant experience in Human Resources or Admin is preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft office especially in MS Excel
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Detail-minded, responsible, and is a good team player
- Immediate availability is a must
