Our client is a leading electronics manufacturing enterprise. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a HR MANAGER (ALL-ROUNDED)
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment and selection, manpower planning, training and development, internal communications and benefit administration
- Provide HR business partner support and consulting services to the assigned business units in line with business strategies
- Implement HR policies and initiatives in line with legislation and corporate strategies
- Implement employee relation programs
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 10 years of relevant HR experience, former PRC exposure would be an advantage
- Familiar with HK and PRC Individual Income Tax Ordinances
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
