Job Description

Our client is one of the largest multinational companies with headquarter in US. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high HR calibre to join them.

We are now seeking for a HR MANAGER (CAMPUS RECRUITMENT & EMPLOYER BRANDING)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and plan various recruitment activities including Management Trainee Program, Recruitment Day and other university relationship programs
  • Monitor end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, selecting and interviewing
  • Coordinate programs and activities on assessing and selecting potential hires
  • Maintain relationships with the teams to understand the recruitment needs
  • Run marketing events and employer branding events
  • Assist in organizing HR projects
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience in campus recruitment or employer branding from sizable organization
  • Experience in talent acquisition and mass recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, detail minded with a positive attitude
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
