Our client is a Listed Property Development company in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a HR MANAGER / ASSISTANT HR MANAGER (HR BUSINESS PARTNER).
- Provide HR advisory and services for corporate office over 200 head count
- Work closely with business leaders and department heads to drive manpower planning, HR strategies, performance management, retention, employee engagement
- Drive various HR projects regarding the business needs and work closely with business leaders
- Act as first contact point of vendors and internal users for performance review, headcount planning, support in HRIS implementation
- Involve in forming the high-performing talents to meet current and future business needs
- Provide feedback and advices to employees and business stakeholders when required; solicits and responds positively to individual feedback
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably 2 years of HR Business Partner experience in sizable companies
- Candidates with senior experience can be considered as Manager
- Independent, detail minded, fast paced, positive and a great team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
