Job Description
Our client is a well-known apparel brand. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.
We are now seeking for a Regional HR Manager (C&B) / Regional Assistant HR Manager (C&B).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including global payroll calculations, commission calculation for retail operations, benefit administration, taxation for HK and other regions
- Maintain and enhance HRIS system: WorkDay
- Lead subordinates in C&B team to drive payroll processing for the region
- Work closely with finance department and prepare monthly reconciliation
- Manage regional C&B projects including salary review, bonus review, benefit review, budgeting and forecasting
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience in C&B functions with regional coverage
- Strong numerical sense, proactive and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HR systems such as WorkDay is a plus
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
