Our client is a market leading trading and manufacturing company.
We are now seeking for a HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Hong Kong and China HR teams on full spectrum of HR & admin functions including but not limited to organizational development, succession planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, staff relations and admin
- Act as strategic business partner to drive changes and growth; provide professional HR advices and support to business units
- Promote company culture and core value
- Formulate and review HR & Admin policies and practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience at senior management level in trading and manufacturing field
- Well versed with labor and taxation compliance in Hong Kong and PRC
- Strong business acumen along with excellent organizational skills, people skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Willing to travel frequently
