Job Description
We are currently seeking an Insurance - Agency Recruitment Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement strategic recruitment plan to achieve business objectives
- Assist in designing agency recruitment contests to drive recruitment results
- Conduct finance package revamp to enhance the recruitment effectiveness
- Develop managers to recruit sales force with the capability to access its desired target market
- Promote recruitment campaigns in coordination with various departments
- Monitor the progress of recruitment
- Communicate with agents and leaders on recruitment campaigns by conducting branch visits
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Strong business acumen is required, with analytical problem solving, reporting and presentation skills
- Good relationship skills with stakeholders
- Familiar with agency culture and project management experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal- oriented and flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
